Chapter 120: The Western Nobleman and the Unfortunate Princess (31)
Karl was startled by Sasha’s words and broke out in a cold sweat. He didn’t expect someone to actually dare molest the grand duchess in such a blatant manner right under his nose.
He hurriedly instructed the knights to drag Sasha away and glanced at Yu Chu beside him.
Yu Chu’s expression was calm. When she met his gaze, she smiled and asked, “She’s subjected to torture, right?”
Of course! We’ll proceed with it right away.
Karl wiped the beads of sweat on his forehead. He respectfully bowed to Yu Chu before turning around and ordering the knights to proceed with the torture.
Under torture, Sasha’s cheeks immediately paled with pain. However, her gaze was still fixated on Yu Chu’s body, eyeing it like a poisonous snake.
Her vision gradually became a blur.
Everyone present soon noticed that something was wrong with her.
Sasha’s lingering gaze was fixated on Yu Chu all along. Yet, her cries of pain gradually turned into perverted moans, and her cheeks flushed with a ghastly tint of red. She licked her rosy lips, revealing a repulsive smile.
She twisted her body and said, “You’re so beautiful…”
Everyone’s three world views were shattered and renewed all over.
Even Yu Chu, who prided herself on being experienced and knowledgeable, couldn’t help but feel speechless. She was about to back away from this unsightly scene when a hand wrapped around her waist.
She turned and stared at Ludwig, somewhat surprised. Ludwig’s expression, though, was as impassive as ever.
The moment he appeared, he’d raised his hand. Thus, the two rows of knights in the aisle simply bowed their heads respectfully and made no sound. Hence, he’d arrived here without alerting anyone.
Karl also only noticed the grand duke’s arrival now, so he hurriedly bobbed and saluted, “My Lord…”
How much did you hear and see…?
Ludwig’s eyes were calm as he shot a glance at the gasping Sasha. He then calmly stated, “This kind of punishment is too light. Change it to another one.”
Cold air instantly enveloped the prison area. The two knights didn’t even dare to wipe off the cold sweat on their foreheads. They respectfully bowed their heads in response and quickly replaced the current torture equipment with another one.
Ludwig had no intention to stay and watch them carry out the punishment. His white-gloved hand was wrapped around Yu Chu’s waist, and his eyelids were slightly drooped, his eyelashes covering half of his eyes.
Yu Chu hurriedly nodded and hugged his waist. She rubbed her face against his neat uniform to show that she was pleased with the outcome.
She only possessed two strengths. One was that when it was time to go rogue, she would go rogue, and the other was that when it was time to chicken out, she would fall back without hesitation.
Ludwig extended his hand to hold her face for fear that it would be scratched by the buttons on his uniform.
On their way out, his expression remained stoic all the way. However, when they were a few meters away, he seemingly remembered something, so he halted his steps and turned around.
His voice was cold as he instructed, “Keep an eye on her, don’t let her commit suicide.”
He paused momentarily.
His slender figure was reflected off the firelight in the dim cell. His solemn military uniform carried with it a hint of darkness and bloodlust, making him appear all the more cold, like an irate beast.
“Carry out the punishment until she breathes her last.”
Silence enveloped the scene.
It was a deathly silence where everyone held their own breath, not daring to make a sound.
Karl respectfully assented. His eyes swept over the young maiden in the grand duke’s embrace. Her small face was exposed, her expression innocent.
For a moment, he really didn’t know how to describe his current feelings.
As for Yu Chu, she was really innocent.
She was led out of the POW camp all the way back to the room, but Ludwig didn’t utter a single word along the way.
Although his expression remained the same regardless of what he felt, Yu Chu was sure that he was angry this time.
If she didn’t coax him, his anger would certainly not subside.
She moved closer and looked into those pair of charming azure eyes. “Hale… Dear, what’s wrong?”
After releasing her, he sat down behind the desk, his expression as indifferent as usual.
“It’s nothing,” he replied.
